Leak Detection Machine
200 liter steel drums, which are used for the transportation of hazardous materials, are tested for tightness by the drum manufacturers. Our fully automatic leak detection machine uses, depending on the sensitivity of the test requirements, the test gases helium or ambient air. A mass spectrometer measures the test gas flow.
Test Piece
Test piece is a 200 liter steel drum. The drum is fed into the test chamber in sealed conditions. A vacuum is created in the chamber with possible test gas outflow through the drum wall or closures being measured.
