We have about 300 machines successfully running at our customer‘s for refrigeration applications

Our fully automatic leak detection machines are used for the testing of cooling compressors of different sizes. Tested are small compressors for refrigerators as well as large compressors for cold storage houses. The helium mass spectrometer measurement is used as testing method. Test gas is filled into the compressors before they are fed into the leak tester and is recovered outside of the tester after the test is completed.

The manufacturers of refrigerators test their evaporator coils for tightness to ensure product liability. Our leak detection machine is designed as semi automatic system, i.e., the test piece is fed manually into the test chamber. The test gas helium is recovered after the test is completed.
