VDH uses the different leak detection methods which are available on the market.

The comparison is simplified. A test specification is needed for exact determination of the test criteria. The customer should indicate the tollerable leakrate for his application.
We are supported by our long time colleague Wolfgang Fuhrmann, who continues to assist us on a consulting basis with any questions about leak measuring technology
Test Stand
We provide a test stand with which we can clarify the following preliminary questions for our customers:
- How can the test piece be tested?
- Which test method is the most suitable?
With the help of our test stand, we are also able to solve special
tasks in leak detection. For example, we carried out a
long-duration test for a company. The tightness of a component,
which is used in space flight, was tested. The component was
exposed to high-vacuum for 7 days.
We acquire the measuring technology for our leak testers. We are
not bound to a certain measurement method nor to a certain
measurement supplier. Therefore, vdh can guarantee you an objective
and independent consultation for selecting the best suitable
measuring method for your application.
All methods have their own advantages. The final selection depends
on the application and the specific conditions.
