Helium vacuum testing

It started out as an innovative idea and a new testing method. Developed by the co-founders of the specification, it offers clear advantages: as an objective test procedure with short cycle times, high process reliability and a fully automatic process sequence, integral vacuum testing with helium quickly became an industry standard within a few years, and continues to be the established technology for quality assurance in production.

Efficiency and different wheel sizes

Test gas consumption is determined by the size of the test chamber in proportion to the wheel size. For this use case, we offer test chambers for different wheel size ranges that are coordinated to the customers’ production programmes. The advantage of this compared with single-size test chambers is lower test gas consumption and shorter cycle time, with the result that our customers save resources and costs on every test.

Solutions even for individual requirements

As a global market leader with long-established experience in our field, we are your first port of call for special requirements. For example, we also offer solutions for leak testing of CFRP wheels used in trucks, motorcycles and cars. Depending on your needs, wheels can be handled fully automatically by machine or an external robot, or manually for small batches.

Global service

In addition to the installation of new machines, we also collaborate with our partners to offer a global service based on an international service network. This enables us to guarantee fast response times and skilled points of contact for machine-related services such as maintenance work, parts procurement and repairs.

Our machines also facilitate remote maintenance via a network connection, for rapid remote diagnostics or program updates.
