Over the years we have developed various machine concepts that serve as a foundation which can then be configured, on a modular basis, to suit your specific project requirements. This means that we can guarantee optimal project timelines and cost-efficient machine design for a wide range of testing tasks and can also accommodate individual project requirements.

SPECTRODEVICE

The SPECTRODEVICE is a testing system used for manual sniffer testing. Whether used as a cost-efficient solution for testing prototypes and pilot series, or for follow-up inspections to locate leakages following integral leak testing, this is a versatile system with many areas of application and potential uses. The SPECTRODEVICE can also be combined with a test chamber and used for accumulation testing.

The testing system can be configured to suit your specific project in terms of the level of automation and data interface. Functions such as automatic filling and/or emptying of test objects with test gas can then be implemented via the machine controls. Many optional features can also be retrofitted later, so you have the capacity to respond flexibly to future developments.

SPECTROTESTER

The SPECTROTESTER is a semi-automatic or fully automatic test machine that uses helium vacuum testing to run tests on test objects. Test objects are handled and adapted for test gas by means of a handling system, robot or manually by the operator, and the machine controls ensure the process flow.

The sequence of the individual process steps and the test gas concentration can be individually determined to suit your specific test task. Integrated test gas recovery can be added to all machines to ensure cost-efficient operation and conserve resources.

A second test chamber can also be integrated into the base of the machine to enable testing to take place in alternating cycles so, for example, tests can run in one test chamber while the other is being loaded or unloaded. This represents an economical way of implementing the investment required to demonstrate the quality of your product.

More than leak testing

With our modular principle you can also implement additional functions that go beyond pure leak testing, whether it be pressure testing to demonstrate strength or function testing on a valve.
